By accessing and using the ARDESTON website (ardeston.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
ARDESTON provides B2B sales consulting services including sales audits, sales strategy development, sales management, and outsourced sales representation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodology frameworks, is the property of ARDESTON and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ARDESTON treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client names, business information, or engagement details to third parties without explicit consent. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
ARDESTON provides consulting services based on professional judgment and experience. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Payment terms for consulting engagements are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or on a schedule defined in the agreement.
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination are non-refundable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
